In 1980 Courtesy Glass began as a one truck, one man operation run out of a garage. From the beginning, the foundation of the company was based on outstanding customer service, unmatched quality and competitive pricing. As we grew the most important aspect was that our standards never lowered, and they never have. We firmly believe that honesty and integrity pave the path to mutual success not only for us but for you the customer as well. Our success isn’t complicated or some big secret: we offer high quality products, high quality installation, great value in pricing and we back it all up by standing behind our services.

When you call us to come out to your home for a consultation we are honored to have the opportunity to earn your business. We don’t use pressure tactics, flashy demonstrations or crazy discounts to convince you to buy right then and there. In fact we encourage you to not only sleep on the decision but to get multiple bids to ensure that you are getting the best solution for your needs. We will provide you with unbiased information on the product lines you are interested in and we will even help you decipher competitors bids if they are confusing. If they have a better deal and we can’t match it we will tell you. It is how we like to be treated when people come into our homes, so it is exactly how we treat you.

All of the products we provide are hand inspected for quality before they are installed in your home. Most of the products are either manufactured in our Woodinville facility or by local Washington State manufacturers. We hand selected our vendors to ensure that they share our emphasis on taking care of the customer. Local companies mean local jobs, faster response times and personal service.
